Washington & Oregon Higher Education Sustainability Conference

At WOHESC 2021, we will continue to work to advance equity, diversity and inclusion through conference thematic elements, speakers and attendees. The focus will be on People, Planet, People: Envisioning Higher Education Sustainability and Resiliency in 2030. As 2020 is proving to be a year of lessons already, and with what we’ve learned so far this year, what can we expect to see for the next 10 years?

Ananda Lee Tan has been organizing grassroots, social justice movements since 1986 – building coalitions, networks and alliances for Indigenous land defence, environmental justice, worker rights, energy democracy, food sovereignty, zero waste, community self-determination and climate justice around the world.
