Food Security During Uncertain Times: College Campuses in the Greater Portland Area

Explore food security resources across the greater Portland area’s college campuses with speakers from Food Security and Basic Needs programs at Portland State University, Portland Community College, Pacific University, and Reed College.

This event will share basic resources offered from each campus, give a brief overview of the SNAP and STEP programs and begin to answer questions related to answering college students good security needs from immediate to long term solutions.

We will also begin to discuss advocacy around food justice and food sovereignty. This will be a multi-event series; this is the first event in the series.
