Project WILD’s October 2020

The Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies (AFWA) invites you to join us for these weekly, one-hour learning opportunities to try out Project WILD activities that have been redeveloped for online synchronous learning and instruction. Audience:  These free one-hour sessions are designed for . . .

• Formal and nonformal educators who have participated in Project WILD professional development workshops,
• Project WILD Facilitators, and
• Project WILD State Coordinators

To participate:

1. Register in advance.  You will need to download Zoom software and set up a free Zoom account if you do not already have one. Visit https://zoom.us/support/download;
2. Prior to the session, review the online resources provided (see links below)
3. When logging in to the session(s), join with a computer. You will need to use a computer screen for viewing multiple windows simultaneously. A phone connection alone will not be sufficient.

Space will be limited in these sessions, and registration approvals will be on a first come, first served basis. For each session in which registration exceeds capacity, we will offer one or more additional sessions for that activity on future dates. After you submit the registration information, you will receive an email notifying you if your registration was approved or denied. If approved, the message will include a pass code that will allow you to join the session. 

Links to the recordings and the supporting documents for the sessions will be available on the AFWA YouTube site approximately one week after the event. You do not have to participate to access the recordings. 

Dates of classes range from October 1st through to the 29th.
